General Shipping Information:

We do not ship to Post Office boxes. Please include a physical address for delivery. Orders will be shipped within 3 business days (Monday - Friday) of being entered into our system. If this time frame can not be met, you will be notified. We mainly ship via UPS or Fed Ex, but may use First Class mail with the US Post office at our discretion. An order that must be personalized or a special order could require extra time. Most items will reach you within 7-10 business days. We ask that you please order early during holiday season. At this time shipping is only available within the United States and Canada. We do not ship to Post Office boxes. Please include a

• US orders: $3.00 for the first item, $1.50 more for each additional item.
• Canadian orders: $5.00 for the first item, $2.00 more for each additional item.

A 7.25% sales tax will be added to all California orders.

Defective Merchandise Returns:

Defective merchandise can be returned for replacement with the same item, within 30 days of purchase. If for some reason that item is not available any more, we will give you store credit. Please contact us so arrangements for a replacement can be made.
